| Ordering |

First, we will provide the quotation according to the customes' request. |
| - |
After the confirmation of the quotation, we will offer the contract to confirm the price, |
| |
delivery date and items. |
| - |
After signing the contract and receiving the deposit (For more details, please refer |
| |
to the part ot Payment), we will advise the plan to customers to confirm the product |
| |
size and logo. |
| - |
After that, we will produce the sample according to the plan. |
| |
When the sample is ready, we will deliver the sample to customer. (For more details, |
| |
please refer to the part of Sampling) |
| - |
After confirmation of the sample, we will start the mass production of the product. |
| - |
After receiving the rest of the payment, we will arrange the delivery and confirm the |
| |
delivery location again. |

| Artwork |
| - |
We can provide the professional artwork design service, a fee of |
| |
HK $500 will be charged. |
| - |
Otherwise, customers can prepare the design by themselves, the artwork file |
| |
should be in .AI or .CDR format. For file conversion (.jpg, .bmp file convert to CDR), |
| |
an extra fee will be charged. |
| - |
For the artwork file, it must equal to or over 300dpi. |
| - |
As there are limitations for silk screen printing, artworks are suggested to be simple. |
| - |
It is noted that the surface of the fabric is not smooth, printings cannot be very |
| |
detail. Sizes of words and pictures should be smaller than 5mm. |
| - |
Due to screen resolution, the fabric color shown on the web may be of 10% inaccuracy. |
| |
Please attend that this is within an acceptable range. For concise |
| |
fabric color, please provide us with PANTONE no. |
| |

| Sampling |
| - |
If customer modifies the sample bag more than TWO times, an extra fee of |
| |
HK $300 will be charged. (Film color: three colors or below, if more than three |
| |
colors, sample cost will be charged according to the design.) |
| - |
After confirmation of the sample and the order, we will start working on the |
| |
products. The product will be ready after 10-15 working days. |
| - |
If customers request a sample bag before confirming order, HK $300 will be |
| |
charged for one bag. The sample will be ready within 7 - 10 workdays and the |
| |
sample charge will be refunded after the order is approved. (The sample cost |
| |
will refund only when the quantity is over 1,000 and film color is less than three |
| |
colors.) |

| Delivery |
| - |
If the order amount is above HK $3,000, free delivery will service in business |
| |
area in Hong Kong, Kowloon and some areas of New Territory. (Exclusive |
| |
of Islands, Lantau, Tung Chung, airport, fairs, container terminals, public |
| |
warehouses. One order one location delivery with lift facilities) |

If the order amount is less than HK $3,000 or the lift facilities of the location |
| |
delivery is unavailable, an extra fee will be charged. |

It is noted that we will deliver the products to ONE local address for each |
| |
order. For two or more delivery address, an extra fee will be charged. |
| |

| Payment |
| - |
If the order quantity is less than 1,000pcs, an extra film cost will be charged |
| |
for each color and each side. |
| - |
For orders of HK $10,000 or below, clients need to pay 50% of the total for deposit. |
| - |
For orders of above HK $10,000, clients need to pay 30% of the total for deposit. |
| - |
We accept payment in cash, cheque or depositing in banks. |
